FAQ - Barrisol Clim® Featuring Carrier® Products Ceilings

Is there a risk of deformation of the Barrisol Clim® featuring Carrier® membrane when heated air is blown at high power in the plenum?

In order to prevent any risk of deformation of the stretched ceiling due to overheating, the average temperature of the stretched ceiling must not exceed 40 °C.

To do this, the maximum admissible temperature of the air blown into the plenum in heating mode (Tsc), depends on the indoor temperature Ti of the room, it is given in the curve below.

In order to check the maximum temperature of the air in the plenum, a calculation of the temperature (according to the technical characteristics of the heating production system) is carried out during the Barrisol Clim® feasibility studies.
